SFO Adviser acted as exclusive sell-side adviser to the ownership group of Maafushivaru Resort in the Maldives, leading and managing the transaction process from commencement through to successful completion.

The engagement included transaction preparation, positioning of the investment opportunity, investor identification and outreach, management presentations, coordination of due diligence, commercial negotiations, and overall transaction execution.

Working closely with the ownership group throughout the process, we helped structure and manage discussions with prospective investors and guided the transaction through multiple stages of evaluation and negotiation.

The successful completion of the transaction established a strategic relationship between the investor and the ownership group, ultimately resulting in the acquisition of two additional resort assets by the same investor.

The assignment highlights our ability to execute complex hospitality transactions, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver value beyond the immediate scope of the original mandate.
